Oh boy, going commando in one of those is sure to be nothing less than awesome. Just stay away from poison oak.
Tend to only use it as designed, for hiking. Makes the activity cooler and easier to do in the heat.
I have a pair of 5.11 tac lites that I use for just about all of my outdoor activities. From hanging tree stands, hiking, camping ,multi day shooting courses. One time while rabbit hunting , the guy with the dog never showed up. I got to be the dog that day busting through brush and briar.
