It has 75 primitive campsites. Don’t think alcohol is allowed, though.
There are some off road trails that are open during hunting seasons, but unfortunately most of the traffic is illegal wheeling.
Also, on the other side of the river in MD is Greenridge State Forest. Back in the day when the ohv trail was open I would go there for an easy trail ride, but I’ve never camped there. I’ve heard it’s nice. From what I recall seein, very similar to the fs dispersed sites.
