On Saturday 1/13 some guys from Natural State Overland posted that they wanted to do a ride. OB bound member @roadsterboy hosted the ride and put it all together. It turned out to be a really great ride. The routes were really nice and Forest roads turned into really nice trails in places. We had a ton of guys show up and the weather was amazing.

After a few miles down the road we hit some trails and then stopped for lunch. One of the guys had prepared chili and everyone pitched in and brought something. @Zheking prepared his famous corn caserole. It was amazing. My wife cooked hot dogs for the children.

After hitting a few more nice places on FR 778, we hit a really nice road, FR211. It was a beautiful spot and we logged this to come back and visit another time. Especially in the spring when everything is wet. lol
After turning onto the very famous, Winona Auto Tour we stopped to take a few pics from the road, from the Overlook and around Scenic Forked Mountain.

All in all it was a really nice day and nothing went wrong. We were able to spread the word a little about Overland Bound with the Natural State guys and hopefully we will do another big event very soon here in Arkansas. Just wanted to share our experience. I will upload the route and dash videos in the "please share your southeast routes here" thread.
