UPDATE: I just talked to my local contact in Spain. He is happy to help Ben and gave me already some tips regarding a shipping. Now it is up to Ben to come back to me that I could connect the two.

My brother lives in Spain near Alicante and his wife is currently visiting grandkids in U.K. I also have a number of friends from the U.K. based in Spain.

What is needed and what exactly is the issue with customs and I can hopefully help or advise.

Thanks Dave. I have already tried to find out what the exact problem is and what part is needed. But Ben doesn't respond so far and Christoff didn't get an answer before either. So maybe Ben has no signal at the moment. Let's wait and see what he comes back with.

Just got the same message from Ben. I forwarded him the phone number of my local contact as he is able to translate (speaks fluently Spanish, English, German) in case the parcel is stuck with the post or customs in Spain. He can also help if other support is necessary such as a garage or so.

Glad it is now moving in the right direction - we were on the road from Netherlands back to the UK all day yesterday and were therefore somewhat limited.

We also have contacts across Catalonia if required.

OB in action - it's a sight to see and humbling how people jump to help one another.

I have asked Ben to please let us know if any help is needed and also asked him to let us know if he doesn't need any help so we can close this.

Unfortunately, there is no response from him at all.

@Get Out GO Christoff, what do you think as the initiator of this alert?

Will ask Ben again in the meantime to find out what is going on.
