One day Ham Cram and test in Modesto, you will study all the questions on the test from 0830 hrs to 1600 hrs then take the test. This class is about memorization

Anyone taking the Ham Cram should also go on line and use one of the many Technician Class ham testing sites. These are free and you will be able to practice taking the test and learn the basics.

Thank you Kent for organizing this event.
I wanted to get my license for the longest time and you made it possible. It was great to finally meet Michael and get some good advise regarding sat communications.
It is very nice to see so many people from the OB community and discover that we all share the same passion for the outdoors and adventure travel.

Thanks to Pat @Commander Overlander for putting on this ham cram & test. This is the first of many crams we will be able either put on or help sponsor across the country. Congratulations to those that passed!

I second the comments and also thank Pat @Commander Overlander for organizing the ham cram session and the excellent job and hosting by the SARA club! And while it was a grueling day of study, my wife and I are glad we did it and thrilled to have passed the test and can’t wait to get our Tech license.

Thank you, Kent! I have browsed thru that link in the past, I was under the impression this was an Overland Bound event, is that not correct?
The Modesto was co sponsored by overland bound and the Stanislaus ham club. I am working on something right now to get another one scheduled and I will add you to the list.
