Hey Chris,

NIce turnout! Nice stove! How do you like it? How long have you owned it? Is it the one that takes butane canister and an adaptor for 1lb tank?
I really only use that stove as a backup or when we are cooking for groups. It works well. Yes, it can be either propane or butane and includes the propane hose. I have seen some people run with 2 of these stoves and call it good.

Still need to test and a may switch the wingnut with a traditional one. I just drilled a new hole to add the thermometer. I will test it tomorrow. Who wants biscuits? :)

Nice feature. When I saw the pics, I was wondering first, as I have never seen an Omnia oven with a thermometer. Nice add-on! So this is just a common themometer as used for barbecues?
