Great to see everyone has plans for their rigs. Maybe we should plan a garage day meetup and help with each others dreams. I will be gone first 2 weeks of Aug but it will be hot here anyways. I will plan a trip to Keystone Whitewater ORV park when I get back. Also planning on attending the Bigfoot Festival in Honobia OK in Oct and some of us are attending the Natural State Overland rally in Oct. @LOCO love the toyota pickup. @Overlander2018 good luck on that trailer sale great looking rig.

Thanks! I’m happy to be here. Let me know if you swing through BA one of these days.

LOL, every day on my way to work, I work at 45th and 129th at the corporate woods complex (AKA Hell). Im in between rigs at the moment, im rocking a crown vic, I sold my last rig to buy my wife an infinti QX56 for our 10 year anniversary. What about you I am assuming a chevy trailblazer? If so if its between an 04-08 there is a 50-50 chance I have laid my hands on it! I use to do Q.A. at the GM plant years ago when these were rolling off the line.

Awesome man we will have to meet up.

That’s a good assumption, but no. I have a 2015 4Runner trd pro, trlblzr because I plan to take her out on the trails and the color is inferno(orange) little play on words there.

This is my first overland rig, and first capable off road rig. My previous f-150 was lifted with mud terrains on it but definitely a pavement princess. Looking forward to seeing what’s out there and getting involved with the community.

I’m over on elm between 61st and 71st. Drive down during the day and you’ll see me parked by the street

Hello neighbors! I just stumbled across this Oklahoma thread and thought I would drop a line. My name is Chris, located in Muskogee. Learning more and more about this community. Good to know that there are some active Oklahoma overlanders out there.
Welcome[emoji1366]

Nice....I like how we Okies keep growing. I find Overlanding is kinda hard for us with no public lands to really get to explore and camp on. But we make do and have a great time together..at least the two meet ups I was at. @TRLBLZR you will be really impressed with what that 4Runner can do. We took our 2016 Trail to Cross Bar Ranch with @Hirvy and @4.0LitersToFreedom and went through some tight places and steep rocky climbs and it never flinched although I did and my wife got out :fearscream: to walk with the dogs or just closed her eyes alot also  But after all said and done...she admitted she was impressed with the Runner. We only have a Corn Fed 1 inch level kit on it right now but suspension is on the way. As well as a new Front bumper..we took a deer on the highway doing 80 and only have a small crack next to fog light :triumph: so heavy duty full size bumper is going on.

That’s awesome! I’m debating about the front bumper, I love the stock sides with my fabbed bull guard, but I’m tempted.

I’d love to get out to cross bars and I’m hoping to go with someone. If you’re ever available and want to make a day of it let me know and we can plan it out. My wife does the same thing, I have to get her more adjusted to the off road.

Let me know of some meet ups I’m eager to get out there.

We (not I) need to try out Camp Gruber in Muskogee, I have heard it has a little bit of something for everyone, or down under the Eufaula damn has some trails, but I believe they are more geared to 4 wheelers and SxS.

I’ve heard about Gruber and am thinking that’ll be the first place to go cause it’s close. We should check it out soon for sure. Haven’t heard about down at Eufala though, I know down by the river at Hopewell park in Muskogee there’s some trails, but I believe those are also 4 wheeler and ATV trails.
