We went wheelin yesterday in Ocala National Forest, Florida yesterday. Miles and miles of beer cans and litter on all the trails. The one side trail got so bad we turned around before we picked up a nail or cut a tire. Just one big dump. Everywhere we travel and hike we pick up litter along the way but this place is a lost cause. Bud lite and Busch seem to be the local favorites. The Keys are the same way.

Croatan National Forest in Eastern NC is the same. Any spot that might be good for camping along the forest service roads are riddled with broken glass, shotgun shells and beer cans. Then there's random dumpings on the trails.

Whut dump fees?

I cleaned out my Floriduh storage garage and took all of my garbage to a apartment complex with 4 dumpsters, and halfway filled the dumpster at my hotel. Then I towed my jeep to the street and gave the title to a garage down the street.

That's just lazy drunken stupidity. There's an easy solution to these types though.........

THere is no incentive to police these types of areas and its no wonder when activists see this shit, they blame it on the people who they actually see there, OHV folks.

No one has respect for anything any more. There is such a selfish mentality to so much of our culture that it will end our civilization as we know it in not that many generations to come.

"Pack it in, Pack it out" is so 80's. "See someone illegally dumping? Put a bullet in their brain pan and leave them for the critters" needs to be our new OHV slogan.
