OB Support - Here's a Thought / Overland Bound Boxes

Maybe this has been tossed around before. Most of us, have heard or seen these monthly subscription boxes that are out there. On all kinds of subjects, like (music, movies, holidays, survival, gaming, etc.) too many to count.

Just tossing the thought out there.

We sort of have that now. The Benefactors get an Overland Bound item once every three months. One of the latest was a nice fleece lined beanie that's now in the store at $19,99.

Someone was asking about those subscription boxes last year. Not an OB one, just the use/value of them in general. Quite a split some love them, and some found nothing they liked in them. I guess it depends on your expectations. Several decades ago I belonged to the book of the month club and ended up reading and enjoying books that I never would have bothered looking at in a store. I think it would be the same sort of experience.

Understood, my only experience with them is seeing them on YouTube, and hearing others talk about them. My boss and a co-worker both subscribe, so I get their input.

I didn't realize, as a benefactors you keep receiving. So yes, you are correct - very similar. It was just a thought - back to the drawing board :)

Maybe using single items for bushcraft, or something small like a tire deflator?
