For Sale is my previously owned Pioneer Platform off my '04 Ford Excursion. The PP weighs in at ~40lbs and measures 107" x 58" x 1". My wife was hit very hard from the rear and USAA totaled the truck. This platform performed flawlessly for my family and I over the two years we had it up on top. The platform comes with risers and locks for Excursion roof rack channel use. I was able to still access parking garage structures with their low-pro design.

It's still available but I took some measurements and somehow had them wrong... The Pioneer Platform is actually 84"L x 56'W x 2"H. I also took a look at it from the standpoint of disassembly and will have to ship assembled...

I made several attempts with negative results to get anyone on the net from Rhino Rack to determine a rough estimate on the dims of their original packaging? S/H to the left coast and Texas may be higher than expected.
