Sounds good. I got your contact saved. That's a good point especially for the water/mud crossings; for those that are coming, please make sure to have a rated recovery point on your vehicles up front or the back so we can pull you out if you get stuck. I don't think any of us have a winch, not sure if @AG Sheep does or not. I can ride tail gunner as I do have a rated recovery point up front and pull people out backwards, if necessary.

I may bring Wilbur also. If I do, he can mingle with your pups!
That I do! If @Nick80 comes, then we will have an additional winch in the group.

If I take the JL it has a 10k but I will not have all of the straps and other crap. All that stuff is in the Commander at my parents house in Maryland.

I will have shackles and a tree saver for winch tools. Just do not have a snatch block

I forgot to share this, but some of my local club members went to Big levels a couple months back and published a trail report. It's very thorough with their experience, pictures, video, gpx and elevation map. http://core4x4.org/memorial-day-at-big-levels/. It should give you an idea of what Big Levels is like.
Does not look to bad other than that giant puddle.

You will be fine. as long as there are at least 2 snatch straps around and a few shackles (to hook them together for more length. (not exactly advisable but works)).

Most of all the holes have had drainage dug out for them. (noticed it on the Earth day trail clean up). The one big hole has a thick sandy bottom and becomes loose quick with wheel churn when driving through it. Size of said hole depends on how much rain was had.

That said, don't be scared of it. nothing to it but to do it.

You all know this, just reiterating... Know where your recovery points are in case the stuck does happen under water/mud.. Makes the hook up easier by feel of the hand when they are not visible.

I'm leaving from Springfield around 6am. I'll hop on your CB channel (16?) while I'm on the highway. It should have quite a bit of distance while on 95. Just look for the best looking truck on the road; that'll be me =)
