Advocate III
What a killer weekend. Got to explore Wharton state forest for 3 days. Weather was perfect. Low 80s low humidity. Camped at batona campground. First night we did some night wheeling in the absolute pitch black trails. It’s a weird place for sure. Always a vibe something is watching you. Saturday we got up early and headed up to atison ranger station. Trails leading to the station was full of deep mud holes and bogs. Had lunch at atison and let the rigs rest. That afternoon we just hit trail after trail. Incredible how vast it is. At night we just chilled made chicken fajitas and talked about monteros and life. Highly recommend spending a few days in the pine barrens.
