NH camping

The wife and I might be doing section 6 of the NEBDR in NH in less than 2 weeks. Does anyone know about camping, preferably dispersed/free camping around Wells River/Woodsville or MT Washington.

Jefferson Notch Road between RT 302 and RT 2 (NEBDR Section 6 travels over it I believe) had some camping sites last time I drove it a couple of years ago. I believe they are all First come first serve

I'm headed up there on the 13th I will be in VT eve of the 13th will be going through VT and NH 14/15 meeting my parents at a campground in white mountains for 15-17
