Newer Toyota Headliner patches not sticking

Who here has a newer Toyota maybe 14 and newer that is having problems with patches sticking? I can't get them to stick in my 15 tundra they stick for a little then fall off. Need help with how to get them to stay

I'm having the same problem. One of the advantages of driving a 20 year old rig?... Hot Glue is an option ;-)

Haha ya not an option for me though! Got them to stick so we will see how they hold up

I wonder if gently ruffing it up with some course sand paper would work?
