New to OB, Greetings from GA!

Hello Everyone! Just wondering if there are any groups that meet here in GA? I'm new to this overlanding experience and I really enjoy it! I've always loved camping so why not take it to another level, I have a 17 silverado 2 wheel drive (sadly I know) but it does the job for now! I cant do hardcore off road but I seen you dont always have to go that route. Just wondering if there are a few of us who are also in my position. Also I'll be going to Jordan Lake in two weeks! CANT WAIT! Thanks everyone!

Overland Bound - Southeast is a regional group for Overland Bound. There is also Peach State Overland, Expedition Georgia and North Georgia Overland at least. Peach State hosts a monthly meetup. Also look into Tents and Tires 2 on Facebook. That one is hosted by Expedition Georgia. I do not know how, if at all, those groups are related to Overland Bound.

Thank you for the info! I'll see if I can find their websites too, I tried looking in the southeast regional group but didnt find many people talking about a meet up, I have a smittybilt tent which I love mo jk noted on a rack on the bed of my truck but i do need tires too lol
