Traveler I

I just traded in my 2011 Chevy Colorado for a 2010 4Runner.
I hope I made the right choice!
If anyone has any insight for me I would really appreciate it.
The 4Runner has 89,00 miles and is really pretty nice.
Also does anyone have an opinion on must have gear for it?

Thanks in advance.

Sawdoff, there are a couple great builds on this site that I've found ..... lots of great choices for mods. Makes it tough to decide what to do first. Like you, I'm relatively new here.... but excited about getting started.

For what I intended to do with my 4R, I went storage first. T4r.org is a great site to see what's out there and what others are doing with their 4Rs. I started with storage panels fitted into the side windows in the cargo area, then I went with a full roof rack. Sprinkled in between were other minor things, and although I can see a lift at some point down the road, I don't quite need it yet for what I plan to use my truck for.

Your question isn't a 4R-specific question so maybe peruse the OB site, find members with like-minded goals and see what they started out first with their build. Unless you have pretty deep pockets, it's going to be about prioritizing your needs. Best of luck!
