New overland bound family from San Antonio

Bought our tundra 3 weeks ago in stock form, since day one it’s been a mad rush trying to get everything done for our excursion from San Antonio, Texas to Ouray, Colorado on the 16th. But we are very close. It helps when you own an automotive customs shop I guess. Full build in 3 weeks time. We are super psyched for the trip and yes, first time doing this. But I was born for this stuff.

I thought it looked familiar. I drove past on my way to the store to double check. Yep, that's my roommate's C5. Most of the vehicles there are his. I only claim the 2 black Jeeps. Nice to know like minded folks are in the neighborhood. If you want a hand finishing up before your trip, feel free to DM me here. Or, if you happen to pass by while I'm working in the yard, or on one of the Jeeps, stop and say hi. I'm the one with the long grey beard.

I'm not sure what your plans are, while you're in Ouray, but I highly recommend you drive the Imogene Pass while you are there. I also know of a gorgeous free campsite just south of Telluride, if you're interested.
