Hey OB!
This is the build thread for my 2018 Ford Raptor. It is painted in lead foot gray and has the 802a and technology packages.
Sure was shiny on the day of purchase:
All that tire shine couldn't last... and I figured that I had to break it in right; so the first weekend, I hit Monument Valley, Bear Ears, and the Valley of the Gods:
And then, the mods began...
Step one. LineX bed liner and Decked bed drawers.
Next came the Snugtop XTR 2 with the sportsman package which adds weight capacity:
Then the James Baroud Explorer Evolution roof top tent on Rhino-Rack cross rails:
After that, a few minor items...
Bajamod under seat mount and ARB air compressor:
Magnetic iPad mini dash mount. I use it for Gaia GPS... it blocks the 360 camera, which is annoying offroad.
I'll be mounting a Warn Ascent bumper and Warn 10-s Platinum winch very soon. As soon as I can get some buddies to help me hang it!
Next, I'm going to start looking into suspensions... I'll make periodic updates on new mods as they happen.
I welcome comments, questions, ideas.
