Just wanted to say hello to everyone from TX as I navigate through all of this! I'm in a 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison that has been converted into an Overlanding rig. Lots of mods and it has been great to me and my son on all of our journeys together.

Welcome and nice to see another Bison owner in Texas, white seems to be a popular color for the Bisons here in TX.
Yeah it is. Love the contrast between the white and black accents! Just waiting on AEV to get those high mark fenders flares in stock so I can install those to run bigger tires!

My understanding if you call them, they will put your name on the list for them when manufacturing is back up and running. In the meantime go ahead and order the GM Performance Level Kit with the control arms and install them. Would also be wise to upgrade your gearing to at least 4.10 for 35" tires, AEV is using Nitro gears. Some folks have upgraded to 4.56 gears.

AEV made a bad decision to not create/manufacture 1 additional highmark flare for the driver's side rear so long beds can't use these flares. Big mistake IMO.
Level kit is already installed. I will be ordering the UCA's but it really upsets me that we are basically paying a butt load of money for the same upper control arm as stock but the only difference between the two is the high articulation ball joint. And a ball joint that you cannot simply press out and replace if need be. I'm also looking at Peak Performance's UCA's they just came out with. They had them with a delta ball joint but I dont see that option any more on their website currently.

Gearing is already done. I have the V6 and went with 4.56 gearing. A call to Nitro confirmmed that gearing choice with the weight I haul and for future upgrades in tire choice. Game changer in my opinion with the Trifecta tune. I am currently running 32" Cooper STT Pro's. I am still debating on going up to 35". I think I will be just as happy with a 33-34" tire for my offroad needs.

Yes I think AEV messed up with the long bed decision for their High Mark Flares as well even though I dont own a long one. I honestly dont see it costing that much more to design and produce it but from what I have read AEV was saying that their just isnt enough of the long bed out there to justify the expense to make it for them.

Love your rig by the way. I read your build post. I will post something on my build as well in the near future. If you have not I would recommend getting the steel driveshaft as well. I ordered mine from 589Fab because it was cheaper than the GMPP one.

Forgot to ask yesterday. Are the black door handles just covers or a complete set of handles? Do you remember where you ordered those by chance? Thanks and take care
