New member headed to Alaska

About to Finish a 1993 LandCruser 80 series conversion. 1HDFT/H151 Toyota 4.2L turbo diesel/5 speed. Drivetrain came from the vehicle that marked the waypoints for the Paris-Dakar race. Back has a full kitchen with a yacht fridge, sink and stove. Cold and hot (heat exchange with the radiator) running water with two 30 liter tanks under the car, outside shower and storage. Back bench seat open to a bed 6'2" x 39". 100W Solar panel on the roof.

Planning a road trip to Alaska in 4 weeks, so if any member in Alaska can contact me and give me some tips, I would be extremely grateful. :)

How was the trip! I’m located in Fairbanks. Don’t get on here much but curious how your trip was!

We had a blast. Lived in the car for 25 days and even had hot shower. The most north was Denali Highway. Have been there with the 4 kids in our 60 Landcruiser 25 years ago to the date.

Awesome! Glad to head it was a good trip it’s currently -20 haha but at least it’s clear and the suns out. Not that it has any warmth yet lol that said winters here aren’t that bad lol. If you ever find yourself in Fairbanks shoot me a message
