Hey, All: Glad to have found this incredible site and community. I'm Matt from San Diego. I work as a writer/educator. I drive a 2018 Subaru Impreza standard transmission—got a Smittybuilt RTT and a lot of scrapes on my undersides (
). I'd say I'm a novice though I've been from SD to Cabo San Lucas and back, spent tons of time in Anza Borrego, and explored a host of national forests (as best I can). Been camping and fishing all my life and done a fair amount of wheeling with a lifted Suzuki Samurai I used to own. Glad to be here and thanks for any advice (besides the fact that I should have bought the Crosstrek haha).
