We're a family of four: 6 wks, 21 mons, and a pair of old-ish parents. While we live out in the woods down a dirt road, we love getting out there and finding new dirt roads in the woods. Many of our adventures are taken in my wife's daily driver an '87 VW Vanagon Wolfsburg which we've had a tremendous amount of work done on including transmission, 3" lift, and completely renovated suspension. We just ordered in a bigger brake kit to continue to make it a little safer. A year ago we took it on a two week on and off road adventure through BC and Alberta.
Last year we added a 2001 Land Rover Discovery 2 into the mix, mods done by previous owner, and already had a Overland Bound badge on it. This year we picked up an adventure box trailer to accommodate the newest member of our family. We took our six week old son out on his first off road camping adventure this last weekend.
We are excited to learn more about overlanding and other peoples adventures. Hope to see you out there.
