I know Mike. They are going digital. They are not any more automated than they were before. I wish they were. Automation would make getting a vanity faster. Per your link, they are "transitioning to electronic correspondence." That just means email instead of USPS.

Correct... although my understanding (reading from other areas) is that next year (2021) there is going to be a huge reduction in personnel within the FCC... so the FCC is implementing procedures to automate as much as possible...

So J.W, your hope and wish will be a reality soon, but how soon I don’t know... just sometime in 2021.
