I just wanted to post a quick hello.
I'm in Southern New England and wanted to check this whole thing out. I like to camp and mountainbike, mainly I camp WHERE I mountainbike, more fun/cheaper than a hotel. I generally go up north to NH or VT to ride/camp, but I want to expand a bit this season.
Also, while my Volvo XC70 is a great car, I may be looking to build a more dedicated rig capable of doing more offroading than just dirt roads. I used to be into that about ten years ago when I had a ZJ Grand Cherokee, and after renting a JK Rubi in Moab last spring I've really grown to miss it.
So, two birds, one stone, etc with a new rig.
Anyway, looking to learn about everyone's rigs, camping ideas. and maybe meet some like minded folks in the area!
