Just to make sure , correct oil viscosity
Is used and oil changes fresh. I'm not sure if you have a way to see if cam and crank sensors are syncing. I'd look at cam phasers to see if they are moving freely when commanded. Not sure if you have a tool that will do this or not.

I'd start with a oil pressure test or pull the Valve cover to see if there is any slack.
