Google either "adhesive conduit" or "plastic raceway" and you'll get some other options. I'd then replace the cheap double stick tape with some 3M VHB tape and it should be good to go. I'm not positive that it comes large enough for 7 wires though. Failing this approach, there are several types and sizes of flexible non-metalic conduit that in conjunction with the zip tie points above would be good.
