Buchanon Co, Not terribly far from Tin Cup Pass, last one is at a super cool dispersed camping. Tucked up in the GWNF, in VA. spot is big enough for 6 rigs - at least =)

No, my boys didn't make this, but I'm sure they wish they'd thought of it... As we were driving up to the area, they saw rocks in the shape of "butt cheeks" and "4-pack abs." This was the closest the got to seeing a pen*s shaped rock.
