Did a few miles on the dirt Devil today as my Sunday drive. They’ve posted a big sign right at the entrance to the frank Mayberry/ Ben fly road saying “no trespassing/no littering” and “no through traffic”.

Hey late to the party but I'm in Hermitage, TN and am the proud new owner of a 2002 Xterra 4x4 so I'd love to know when y'all are meeting up anywhere nearby to get some mud on the tires.
I'm working out a few kinks on my ride but would be up for some wheeling soon.
Went out to LBL this past weekend. Played up at Turkey Bay and camped over at Redd Hollow!

I have been eyeing the dirt devil for a while but now not sure with all the controversy. Anyone have a good route or section info.
I rode a good bit of it on Saturday with no issue, even stopped at the swimming hole at the creek and chatted with people for a bit and they were nothing but friendly.
GPS start location is 5899 Dutch Potts Hollow Rd, Santa Fe, TN 38482.
There's still some decent stream crossing areas if you have the map. However, the really fun parts are closed to through traffic now. I think I have a Gaia route. DM me if your interested.

I don't have any social media other than an instagram for some of my bushcraft stuff but I'm planning a trip in the next couple of weeks to go to LBL to the Turkey to do some camping for the weekend. We could prolly get a mini-meet together.
