I am taking a my 2002 suburban on it's maiden voyage at the end of the month. I have been building this suburban for about 2 years now. It will be a 2 week trip spent mostly in UT, CO, WY, and MT. The main stops, in order are going to be Bonneville salt flats, arches, Canyonlands, Moab, Telluride area, Pikes Peak, Grand Teton and Yellowstone. We will be staying in the suburban the entire time. At least that is the goal. We may break down and get a hotel in a bigger city one night. I’m calling it my last hurrah trip because my wife and I are expecting our first child at the beginning of 2019 and that could hinder our adventures for a while. Are they any recommendations for things to do in those areas? I have never explored any of them. Long canyon trail and Imogene pass are 2 trails that I have heard good things about and plan on doing. But I’m looking for recommendations for just general sight-seeing, attractions, restaurants, ETC.
