Mount for ARB twin compressor CA 4Runner passenger

Does anyone have a source for a mounting bracket for an ARB twin compressor for a 4Runner on the passenger side? 2020 4Runner in CA.

The one I see says it is not compatible with CA emissions packages, and guess where I live.

How in the world does mounting an air compressor under your hood impact emissions?

Mounted under the hood in CA is fine. I have an appointment to get it installed, but I am looking for a mount or we will have to fab one.
