US Northwest Mount Emily Recreation Rea (MERA) Spring Cleanup

Mount Emily Recreation Area (MERA) is located in the Blue Mountains of NE Oregon midway between Portland and Boise just off Interstate 84 outside the town of La Grande in the Grande Ronde Valley. La Grande is the county seat of Union County and has full services available.

Union County Parks And Recreation Department is holding it’s Spring Cleanup event on June 6, 2020. They rely on the volunteers to help build and maintain the trail systems in the park and are looking forward to working with OVerland Bound Northwest in this event as well as future trail project events. Please come show your support.

8:00 am meet up at Foxhill Trailhead and go from there... I don’t know how things worked in the past and was told to show up and details would be given at the trailhead meeting.
