Holy crap, I never thought about it that way! My wife jokingly called me IronMan haha.
Technically, I was a cyborg for a year. Had a LVAD (left ventricle assistance device) which was basically a pump (functions like a turbo) inside the left side of my heart.
This is when they pulled it out for my heart transplant.

More recently, I had a trans "built" specifically for offroad abuse. I installed it, and a new Derale fan cooled trans cooler. Ran braided stainless lines and all.
Put the AN-8 adapters in the trans and cracked the housing. Learned about tapered fittings that day.
Ruined a $3500 trans. Had to get another of course.
So 7k plus a few hundred in fluids.
Lots of negative pressure.
