I'll be taking on an adventure over memorial weekend (4 days total) I will be departing the Eastern Sierras in CA (Mammoth Lakes) and heading towards Mojave... I accounted for 2-2.5 days to get through Mojave Road then heading towards the Grand Canyon.. And finally turning back to be at work on Wednesday.

Is there any known recommended way to get from Mojave to the Grand Canyon?

Any GPX tracks would be appreciated and IF anyone is in the area and would like to meet up I'll be more than happy to cross paths.

So far It's just 2 rides, 2 people and 3 dogs.

That's a big plan for only 4 days. You'd be smart to divide up what you wanted to see and hit those spots.
You could spend all 4 days exploring the Mojave area and have a great time. Will you be running east-west? Or opposite?
Dirt days through there are fairly slow, if you really want to hit grand Canyon, I would probably go directly there and then wind my way back with an idea of what I wanted to see but not be disappointed with what I didn't check off.
Good luck!

Here's a .gpx file of the Mojave Road, it's the direct road and there are many side-trips that are worthwhile.

If you're going through there, I would recommend Dennis Casebier's book on the road, it has all the check points.

You can't goo too wrong if you keep the Cairns always on the same side of your vehicle. (east-west: right side, etc.)

Dan.
