Mini electric excavator

Good job repurposing the window motors. It appears you added a gear to the motor's with matching rack's.

What I would do diffrent is neatly route the wiring. Encase them in either split loom or a sheathing and tie it down. Box in the bottom of your joy stick switch and possibly run the rack gears through a rubber seal.
All of my suggestions are cosmetic. Overall, not bad.
