Another one for the books.

What a weekend. Four nationalities (GER, DK, B, USA), two workshops (how to stay fit on the road @B.Kuehn and outdoor ethics) and countless conversations.

What more could you expect from a weekend of overlanding?

We were able to get to know old and new faces, make new connections and plan future events.

Many thanks also to @Kent R for the great surprise in the form of a swag package. Always a good feeling to see more OB flags, patches and stickers in Europe.

Shout out to @El-Dracho for organising it and everyone who came out to join.

In Benni's workshop, we learnt how important it is to keep moving. Especially on long stretches of sitting. That it's all about continuity of movement. And that the four major exercises (squat, deadlift, pull-up and benchpress) serve as the basis for a healthy body.

In the workshop on outdoor ethics we talked about the leave no trace principles. We addressed "to have or to be" and learnt about different philosophical considerations that should give an insight into why we do things the way we do them.

See youse very soon.

Sure. I didn’t take many. That’s why we need others to add impressions.
