Hey I will be headed to Southeast Michigan in a couple weeks. I will be around about 8 weeks.

Is there a group in or around the Newport/Monroe area?

I will be taking my Jeep to Detroit northern suburbs in June. Plan to introduce brother to overlanding and off-road adventure for few days.

Not yet. Been swamped with getting ready.

Been in Michigan for a few weeks now. Not a lot happening. Have seen a couple modded jeeps, but haven't had a chance to talk to them yet.

Not much without heading north it seems. In Waterford, myself, if anyone is around and wanting to chat or whatever. Just getting into this stuff and building my vehicle is a work in progress. Hoping to head to the UP or Northern LP/Islands late summer/fall.
