So how much is Nissan and how much is Mercedes? Is it a Nissan truck with a Mercedes grill, engine and interior with most of the rest being Japanese? If it's something where I could go to the Nissan dealer and buy parts for 1/4 of the price of the Mercedes dealer that would be great.

The frame will be the same, and possibly the powertrain. I expect that the suspension will be some sort of fancy system that can adjust the ride, the interior and body will be all Mercedes. You might be able to get something like an alternator or injectors from Nissan, but any interior or body component will have to come from Mercedes. The interior will probably be loaded down with a ton of farkles and it will likely have a host of cameras and sensors for everything from auto-cruise-control to a grill camera to look over hills.
