Hello,

I became member a few days ago. I got emails for order and shipping confirmations with tracking number. One of the email says "You will receive a separate email with your member number and upgrade access code", I did not receive it. I'm not trying to be pushy here, just wondering if I should have received it by now or if that delay is normal.

The same thing happened to me.
Just wait for your emblem and then enter your emblem number into your profile. If this still doesn't work send an email to the store.
Worked for me after some other attempts.

Hi there! Yes of course! I have upgraded your account to Member status! If you would like your store email address to be updated, you can PM me with your email address. We keep store and OLB accounts separate for security reasons.

Perfect! Thank you very much. I am excited to be here to get some advice, hopefully meet some good people and start enjoying some of the trips. I have a couple months before my truck is completely trail capable, but it is getting there.
