The first OTTO expo tickets are now available (camp space and attendees), the early bird tickets for those who want to arrive before Thursday, for example, will be available in the expo store in the next few days.
When ordering your ticket, you can select the group for the group spot in the camp directly in the drop-down menu, i.e. Overland Bound Europe.
I have just ordered my ticket and am already looking forward to a great time with you!

- please indicate the group in the dropdown field when booking the individual tickets
- in addition we still have to book a group place again
- a group place is available for groups of six vehicles or more and this year the group place will cost a small additional fee. I will be happy to take care of this and to pay this fee in advance and we will then pass this additional fee on to the participants in our group.

- sent me your booking number, full name and plate number by PM

For those who have not received an email from the organizer, here are a few important notes on booking tickets:
The “OTTO-Ticket 2025” now replaces the previous different types of tickets and allows you to select different tickets for pitches, participants, early birds and to order tickets with a discount for people with disabilities.
There is still some time to go until the expo, but please do not book your tickets at the last minute so that we have the opportunity to reserve a group place in due time. I definitely would like to avoid the back and forth, chasing after ticket data and the hassle with last minute bookings like we had last year. Thanks.

As I have just spoken to the organizer of the OTTO, please remember to book your tickets in good time and not last minute, so that we can get the group place well organized.
We need minimum six attendees for the group place, which costs a small one-off fee this year. I currently got the registration data for four OB attendees. However, seven are registered here in Rally Point, so please remember to book. Thank you!
By the way, @Moritz Jung and I attended the international Lada Niva Meetup recently. There, I discussed with the board of the Niva club that we should ask for a joint group place, which worked well spontaneously last year and we also have members who are active in both communities. I think it's a great possibility and brings people together.

Just a few more information about the OTTO-tickets:
- Discounted advance tickets are only available until the end of September.
- When entering the event grounds for the first time, the respective personal ticket must be presented at check-in. However, due to changes in the registration/ residency law in Germany, a paper ticket is in general no longer mandatory this year. The ticket can be presented digitally. However, foreign participants are still required to present a hand-signed paper ticket as a registration form.
- While rising costs have been offset in recent years by improvements in event processes, this is no longer sufficient and ticket prices have had to be raised slightly. Despite the increase, prices remain moderate and children under the age of 16 are admitted free of charge. This also applies to our group spot, which will cost a one-time fee of €20. I think these are reasonable costs that we can pass on to the attendees.
- The official start of the OTTO expo is Friday, October 10. As in previous years, the OTTO Camp will be open from Thursday at 12:00 noon. As im previous years, early birds (special early bird ticket required) can arrive already beginning Monday, October 6, 2025, 10:00 a.m.

Another little info for everyone attending the OTTO expo: As in previous years, roasted pork knuckles will be available again. These must be pre-ordered via the expo website if you want one.
