I pinged them on Facebook to see what's going on. I don't personally know Seb and his family - but it's weird that they're not getting back to anyone.

Here's the message I received from Seb, after hitting them up on FB:

Your best bet is to call him. I told him the site was still having issues but I got my box a couple of days ago. Now...just need to be able to use them in places their aren't burn bans. But nice to have "just in case". Thanks Seb for reaching out to make sure I was taken care of!
