The fire has jumped the American River and is heading to Volcanoville crossed Volcanoville Road and in the direction of Union Valley. Also heading in the direction of Forest Hill again

My wife left about an hour ago heading to a friend in Foresthill. Going to evacuate her chickens.

She knows the drill. Years ago when we lived in Ventura County, we evacuated horses from the training stables in Moorpark. That was not fun and entirely too close to our home at the time.
