10 years ago I had no idea that someday I’d be a client of MLO. Back then I was a do it yourselfer, and had my 80 and my expo trailer and plenty of time to dial everything in perfectly. MLO is also a top shelf expo rig outfitter, why would I pay them to do something that I was entirely capable of doing?Time and age changes a lot of things , so here we are now, a client of MLO. We’ve been on a “ shake down” run for a month now, since taking delivery of our 4WC Grandby Flatbed, sticking within a half days drive of their facility in Bow NH.
An option was missing from our original order, along with a communication gap. We were also having some problems with the Redarc system. Making a long story short, Pete from MLO made sure we were taken care of. The Redarc system had been wired in backwards at the battery monitor. Fixed under warranty. The missing power inverter? I needed one immediately, so I purchased one from Renogy. To rectify the situation MLO provided a little over 8 manhours of free labor providing a custom installation of the inverter and the installation of our outdoor shower. So, a big shout out to Pete, who drove up from Philadelphia, and the entire NH staff of MLO. You have a client for life.
