Here's my 2007 K2500HD Silverado. I've been adding/changing things over the last 10 years. I've always kept a Jack-of-all-Trades mindset for it. It has been my daily driver/ work horse since I bought it new. When I got heavy into Motorcycles and they became my primary transportation I went bigger with the truck. 12" of total lift with 37" tires. Front and rear Road Armor bumpers with a 9500 lbs winch, which is very handy. I put a ram air hood on it and long tube headers to even it out. A 60" high lift jack is mounted on the rear bumper. Right now my only storage is a rear under-seat box that houses my normal road emergency stuff and tools. I'm just getting into overlanding, so specific gear is sparse. Though I'm a pretty basic camper to begin with. And with a few expensive hobbies I've got to really like a piece of gear before I commit. Finding time lately has been an issue, I've got a CB and driving lights that still need to be put in. I'm getting a lot of great ideas here, and love reading the reviews people are putting up. I've actually been drooling over your side racks. I'm always fighting to save space somewhere. One step at a time!

After a small fiasco my last time out I'm taking care of a couple things up front. First are the moog upper control arms with ball joints and bushings. They cost more than just the bushings and joint, but not having to press them means they can be done in a garage instead of a shop.
Second we have off road tie rods from Rare parts in California. I knew these things were big, but I under estimated just how big. But once installed they fit in with everything nicely. Now to get quick diconnects for the sway bars.
