Looking for camping trip

Wife is going out of town tomorrow for a week. Looking for a camping trip to take the dog on. Can be 1 night or 4 nights, something back country would be best. Anyone have a recommendation for a cool route in this area? I don’t have a job so, all the time in the world! At least until my wife comes back. Hahah Willing to travel... obviously. Coming from Boise.
