Hi everyone! Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but my dad is thinking about buying a 2011 Overland, and I want to try to help him not get ripped off. I don't know anything about off road vehicles, but I would imagine that they could potentially go through a lot of mechanical stress throughout their lives that a normal road car wouldn't. So I'm hoping that someone here could give me some pointers on what we should look at on this vehicle. Are there are any parts that typically wear out or get replaced due to stress or maybe less-than optimal design? Is there anything that you all would ask when looking at buying one of these?
