I'm an experienced camper but new to overlanding. I built an M416 military trailer into a camping trailer. Looking to plan a trip for August or September or October this year somewhere in NJ, PA, NY or within 4 hours of northern NJ.
I know there are no true overlanding spots but I'm looking for a test trip. Something with a little offroading like a fire road or light trails with some camping along the way. Want to test the trailer out off pavement and camp a few days. Can be one camping spot or a couple different ones each night.
Anyone have any suggestions?
