We found a 1996 k2500 6.5 diesel suburban that looks promising.
It has 195,000 miles and looks to have been pretty well cared for.
Hoping for the best! !

That thing was photo shopped a lot!
Leaking tons of oil, rusted through in a few areas. All four doors have been replaced, and the smell of transmission fluid would scare the hell outta Smoky Bear!
We passed on it and bought 2004 s10 blazer. It's right at 200,000 miles but it's like new inside and out. The only thing I found was the antifreeze was brown, old, and rusty like the GM antifreeze always is. I am going to replace everything but the heater core. I'll post pics when we pick it up Wednesday.
