Hi,

Have you checked for places at Map - Overland Bound ?

I found two 4x4 mechanics listed there. One is a LC specialist as per description, the other one sounds more general 4x4.

Or take a look at iOverlander. Found this one for example. I do not know the place, but the description sounds good:
