I have a 1999 Runner Limited. I’ve done a lot of research and it seems as though some came with a dealer added keyless entry. Can anyone tell me if the part pictured is what’s required to use a key fob to unlock the doors? My dash does have the blinking security light on the passenger side by the climate control. Thanks in advance everyone!
