Arrived today. Solo Bonfire.

My first experience with the Bonfire was at the Mardi Crawl this March(?). Temps were in the high 30's, super windy and it rained non stop the whole weekend. Miserable conditions. But the guys camped across from us had a Solo Bonfire. The rain could not put it out and the heat it generated literally saved our butts. Fire burned with virtually no smoke and burned ALL the wood leaving only a fine ash. Took very little wood to produce tons of heat. I was sold and vowed to get one before cold weather set in. Yup. Gonna fire this baby up in the next couple of days.

First fire.
View attachment 74575 Four pieces of fire wood. We let it burn down to a bed of coals and grilled some steaks and fish fillets. I'm definitely a happy camper.
That is sweet. I have one of the camp chef propain fire pits. I really like the no smoke part they put out some heat. I bet those put out much more. I would like to see one of these in person.
